Wills and Trusts

Morris & Bryson provides clients with all forms of wills and trusts to accomplish tax, asset protection and property disposition goals. Each plan is customized after an initial meeting with the client. Every client has a unique family, asset mix and specific goals. Morris & Bryson does not have a “cookie cutter” approach – from the simple to the complex, we work with the client to develop the right plan and documents for their particular situation.

We also counsel clients on such family matters as charitable gifts, insurance programs, planning for a child’s education, and qualified plan beneficiary designation.

As part of every estate plan, we allow clients the opportunity to memorialize their decisions of health care and end of life directives via living wills and powers of attorney.
